This role focuses on building strong supplier relationships, ensuring a 95% service level, and optimizing stock levels and responsiveness. You will actively manage product flow and supplier changes to maximize service while minimizing write-off costs. This is a critical position that plays a key role in meeting customer needs and driving business profitability.Role & ResponsibilitiesSupport S&OP Process - Identify supply risks, trends, and anomalies impacting stock levels and service.Issue monthly forecasts to suppliers and contract packers for accurate planning.Raise, track, and adjust purchase orders to maintain optimal stock levels.Schedule and follow up on orders to ensure on-time delivery and minimize disruptions.Monitor stock levels, taking action to prevent shortages or excess inventory.Lead regular supplier meetings to enhance performance and resolve issues.Provide accurate supply chain updates and ensure product availability.Implement supplier KPIs, scorecards, and best practices to enhance efficiency.Work closely with sales, operations, and logistics to align supply with demand.Promote a safe work environment, ensuring adherence to policies and proactive risk management.Skills & Experience:Minimum 3 years’ experience in supply planning, logistics / supply chain, or similar positions.Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, ideally within pharmaceutical, manufacturing or FMCG industries.Ability to apply and implement supply chain best practices in a dynamic environment.Familiarity with end-to-end supply chain operations from supplier to consumer.Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Intermediate skills, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and common formulas.Ensure high standards of data integrity within the MRP module.Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.High levels of accuracy in all work, ensuring customer and business needs are met. Ability to manage deadlines, conflicting priorities, and a fast-paced workload.Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong influencing and negotiation skills.Logical, solution-oriented approach to addressing medium- and short-term challenges.Advanced skills in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).Benefits & perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job – we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
