Grand Pacific Health invites applications for an Urgent Care Nurse Manager for the UCC Nowra.
This is a full-time fixed-term contract until 30 June **** with possible extension.
About The Role
You will lead a dynamic medical and nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring efficient triage and accurate diagnosis.
The clinic operates 8:00 am–10:00 pm, seven days a week, and the role requires availability outside normal business hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Duties
Lead a team of medical and nursing professionals
Ensure efficient triage, provide patient assessments, and collaborate closely with medical practitioners to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment
Ensure patient care is delivered to the highest standards
Skills & Experience
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
Experience in an emergency department, remote nursing, or urgent care setting
Leadership or senior nursing experience
Current BLS, ALS, or PALS certification
