Overview
Turn compassion into action and help change lives across the Wimmera. Make a real difference, one household at a time. SCHADS Level 4 + Ongoing Part Time (53.2 hours per fortnight).
Responsibilities
* Complete intake assessments for individuals and families in housing crisis.
* Provide support through the Housing Establishment Fund (HEF).
* Help clients navigate housing options, support services and referrals.
* Be a calm, compassionate guide during stressful and uncertain times.
* Support broader housing programs when required.
Benefits

Skills and Experience
* Tertiary qualifications in human services, welfare or social services or substantial years of relevant experience.
* Experience working with consumers, experiencing homelessness or housing crisis (Preferred).
