Responsibilities
* Support the charge in building disaster preparedness and resilience across CN
* Develop and integrate an all-hazards approach to disaster risk reduction
* Embed resilience into policies, procedures and service delivery
* Engage with internal teams and the community to promote preparedness and recovery strategies
* Manage effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from local emergency management committees to community organisations and government agencies
* Contribute to emergency management plans, business continuity frameworks and crisis response strategies
* Support policy development and strategic planning related to community safety and organisational resilience
