A Credit Controller is needed to support a growing team in a permanent opportunity on the Gold Coast

Our client currently has an opportunity for a Credit Controller, in a full-time permanent position.
**Your new role**
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the full function of Credit Control, supporting the business in the daily management of Debtors Accounts, Debt Recovery, and Reconciliation. Furthermore, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Collect debtors accounts
- Set up accounts, and account management
- Assess risks
- End of month procedures
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
- Fortnightly and monthly accounts receivable reports and meetings
- Develop company policies and procedures
- Answer queries as required
- Ad hoc duties as required
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this position, you will have experience in a similar role, such as a Credit Control Officer, in a fast-paced and busy professional environment. As our client has a key value within service, you will need to have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on your customer service expertise. Proficiency in IT/finances systems. Lastly, time management, your ability to multitask, and analytical skills will be a key element in your success.
