**You will be responsible for**:
- Displaying a high level of internal and external customer service
- Accurate data entry of customer orders
- Dealing with inbound telephone enquiries and troubleshooting product issues
- Liaising with key stakeholder and service providers
- Ensuring customer needs are met within required timeframes
**To be successful for this position you will need to demonstrate**:
- Strong Customer Service and order processing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and professional can-do attitude
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience in a similar sales and distribution environment preferable
