Project Manager
This is a key role in managing the delivery of high-profile office fit out projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading teams and overseeing construction processes to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring open communication throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ensure that site safety protocols are strictly adhered to, with regular inspections and risk assessments conducted to mitigate potential hazards.
* Maintain control over project timelines, adjusting plans as needed to accommodate design changes or other unforeseen circumstances.
* Promote efficient use of digital tools and reports to facilitate collaboration among team members and external parties.
* Coordinate logistics and permits requests, leveraging technical expertise to resolve any site-specific issues.
* Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, inspiring team members to excel in their roles and coordinate workflow effectively.
* Utilize knowledge of building drawings and industry best practices to provide solutions to design-related challenges on-site.
* Adeptness with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, MS Project, and PROCORE, is essential.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven track record of success in managing office fit-out projects as a Site Manager, ideally with £3m+ project values.
* Substantial knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and subcontractor management.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or a related field.
* Black CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall, and Asbestos Awareness certifications are mandatory.
