Our Creative Centre is an energy-filled, fast-paced workplace. We are seeking a new employee to join the day shift with sound chocolate experience to help make our delectable range of chocolates.
You will be responsible for
Making chocolate pralines, bars and products to the highest quality in an efficient manner
Preparation of ganache, bases and fillings involving cooking and portioning
Tempering of chocolate, hand moulding, panning and enrobing of chocolates
Operating equipment and machinery used in the chocolate making process
Hand decorating of pralines and chocolate products
Working flexibly and hands on as an individual and part of a team
General cleaning and handling duties involved in working in a food safe and high-quality food production environment
Experience in chocolate production and making, along with a sound understanding of chocolate, flavours and textures
Qualifications in chocolate or pastry
A passion for producing high-quality chocolate products
Energy and motivation to achieve high standards and work effectively as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Experience of operating to HACCP standards in a food production environment
Our Day Shift operates - 7.00am - 3.06pm, And our Afternoon Shift operates - 3.00pm - 11.06pm.
