The Opportunity Join our Client Experience team, a collaborative and supportive group that plays a central role in assisting clients and accountants with ATO compliance matters. This is a stable, office-based role offering the opportunity to build specialist ATO compliance knowledge across a diverse range of clients while supporting the wider firm’s day-to-day operations. The position is offered on a flexible 4 or 5 day basis (Fridays required), with flexible hours available across the week. Key Responsibilities; ATO Compliance & Lodgements Preparation and lodgement of BAS and IAS Managing extensions, deferrals and compliance deadlines Processing PAYG variations and related ATO requests Client & ATO Communication Acting as a key point of contact for clients and the ATO Managing account queries, payment arrangements and registrations Supporting resolution of compliance and payment matters Practice & Compliance Support Monitoring ATO correspondence and assessments Maintaining client and ATO records and permissions Supporting accountants with compliance-related administration Systems & Process Improvement Assisting with ATO Mate and practice systems Contributing to process improvements and workflow efficiency About You You will have experience within an accounting, finance, banking or professional services environment and be comfortable managing compliance responsibilities independently. You are organised, reliable and confident communicating with clients, accountants and the ATO. Ideally, you will bring: Experience managing ATO and client compliance matters Working knowledge of ATO compliance processes Strong attention to detail and ownership of tasks Experience with ATO Portal, ATO Mate, FYI Docs or Xero Practice Manager (XPM) preferred Apply today with your CV and a personalised cover letter.
