As a journalist, you will play a crucial role in gathering and presenting local news stories for Australia's leading broadcast media organisation. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with key people and organisations.
* Gather, edit, and present compelling local news stories in a composed, accurate, and engaging manner.
* Report to the editor and collaborate with the dynamic News Team.
* Break stories and create engaging content.
* Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.
* Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to work extra hours when required by the news day.

* A degree in journalism or a related subject.
* Proven journalism/editorial skills.
* A solid understanding of media law and ethics.
* Competency in script writing in TV News format.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
