The Role:
* Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
* Handle a high volume of inbound calls and orders
* Re-engage lapsed clients and identify new opportunities
* Some cold calling and business development, balanced with account management
* Process orders, handle enquiries, and provide outstanding customer service
What We're Looking For:
* Strong sales ability with a passion for delivering results
* Confident communicator who builds rapport easily
* Organised, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in internal sales, account management, or customer service (manufacturing/industrial background an advantage but not essential)
