Located in the picturesque Dandenong Ranges, _Puffing Billy Railway, _a Victorian State entity is Australia's premier preserved steam railway. Operating on the original mountain track from Belgrave to Gembrook, this century-old train offers a range of fun-filled experiences for all visitors.
An iconic tourist attraction, _Puffing Billy Railway_ attracts large numbers of tourists each year, thanks to the tireless efforts of more than 300 volunteers and a team of dedicated staff.
**About the Opportunities**
We have an opportunity for an **enthusiastic, friendly person** to join the Commercial team at _Puffing Billy Railway_. This **casual position** is primarily located at the **Lakeside Visitors Centre, Emerald** along with shifts at Belgrave, Menzies Creek and Gembrook - stations along the _Puffing Billy Railway_ train line!
Key responsibilities for these roles are (but not limited to):
- Provide exceptional customer service to our visitors visiting our food and beverage and retail outlets
- Interact, communicate and provide attentive service to our visitors
- Work as part of a team
Availability to **work primarily day shifts** (10.00am to 5.00pm) is required. Shifts are available **7 days a week** with a focus on Friday, Saturday and Sundays on a rostered basis. School holiday availability also required.
