The Role
* Support an experienced Senior Property Manager
* Training & mentoring provided!
* Perfect for a Property Officer or Leasing stepping up!
* No leasing!
* Day- to day management of portfolio
* Liaising with tenants & landlords
* Monday – Friday only no weekend work!
* Great KPI structure – around $10k per year in comms!

The Candidate
* Ideally a Property Officer or Leasing Consultant stepping up!
* Must be organised & have high attention to detail
* Current Certificate of Registration & Drivers Licence
* Highly ambitious and driven!
* Passion for the Real Estate Industry!
* A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
* The ability to build & maintain new relationships
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
