Job DescriptionChallenge yourself to collaborate with key Cabin Crew partners and provide impactful end-to-end people supportTogether we’ll have a high performing, engaged workforce through meaningful HR guidance & process improvementsPermanent full-time opportunity based at our Head Office in CollingwoodThe People Manager, Cabin Crew is a key HR generalist role supporting a geographically dispersed Cabin Crew team across Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific Islands. Reporting to the Senior People Manager, Cabin Crew and Airport Services, this role provides expert people advice and supports operational HR matters including case management, flexible work arrangements, industrial relations, talent, workforce planning, and performance management. As a trusted partner to the Cabin Crew leadership team, you will drive employee engagement, using people data to identify trends, and implement effective interventions. With a strong focus on process improvement and curiosity for how things are done, this role also supports change initiatives and ensures alignment with Fair Work legislation, Workday systems, and organisational priorities.You’ll have:A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related disciplineComprehensive experience in a generalist HR role within a dynamic and operationally complex organisationStrong working knowledge of performance management, disciplinary processes, and employment legislationSound understanding of core HR processes, including job evaluation, performance, and remuneration reviewsProven ability to manage competing priorities and high work volumes in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExperience in driving change initiatives with a continuous improvement mindsetSkilled in facilitation and confident in delivering training or presentations to diverse audiencesAbility to constructively challenge and influence stakeholders with professionalism and courageStrong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate across functions to align with business objectivesDemonstrated capability supporting geographically dispersed teams, ideally with exposure to employee relations in Australia and New ZealandWhy Jetstar?Jetstar is alive with a sense of adventure.
