About the Role: MCC is seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist to deliver end-to-end recruitment across Australia and New Zealand. This role focuses on hands-on execution, ensuring timely hiring, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting business teams with day-to-day recruitment needs. You will maintain MCC’s talent pools, manage recruitment systems, and support leaders with transactional recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for ANZ, including job postings, sourcing, shortlisting, and interview coordination. Maintain accurate recruitment records in HR systems (including Dayforce). Liaise with hiring managers to ensure smooth and timely recruitment processes. Support and advise leaders on recruitment policies, processes, and legislative requirements. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, recruitment agencies, and job boards. Execute sourcing campaigns and maintain talent pipelines for priority roles. Monitor recruitment performance metrics and provide reporting as required. Ensure recruitment administration is accurate, timely, and compliant. Promote MCC’s values and employer brand through recruitment activities. About You: Hands-on recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, and selection. Strong administration and organisational skills. Comfortable using recruitment systems and social media sourcing tools. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
