Clark Wood is delighted to be working with a well-established independent firm of accountants in Salisbury who are seeking an Accounts Senior to join their friendly and supportive team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced accounts professional who enjoys working in a varied and client-facing role within a relaxed but professional environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accounts for a diverse portfolio of clients, including limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders, as well as assisting with tax compliance and general advisory work.

Responsibilities
* Preparation of year-end accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
* Preparation of management accounts and VAT returns
* Supporting clients with day-to-day queries and providing accounting advice
* Assisting with personal and corporate tax compliance work
* Reviewing work of junior staff where appropriate
Requirements
* AAT qualified, ACA/ACCA part or fully qualified, or qualified by experience
* Previous experience in an accountancy practice is essential
* Strong technical skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with good client relationship skills
* Salary up to £40,000 (depending on experience)
