Hotel Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that all guests receive a high level of service and hospitality.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate front desk activities, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
* Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained.
* Coordinate room assignments, reservations, and cancellations.
* Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel management or supervisory role.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with hotel software systems, such as property management systems and point-of-sale systems.
