360 Recruitment Consultant - Civil Construction & Mining Sectors

We are currently seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a background in blue collar recruitment within the Civil & Mining sectors to join our team in Kewdale. This role offers the opportunity to manage and grow a warm, well-established desk supported by a strong client base and an extensive candidate database.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for blue collar roles in the Civil Construction & Mining Sectors.
* Source, screen, and build strong talent pools using a variety of recruitment methods.
* Maintain consistent communication and deliver high-quality service to existing clients.
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
* Conduct regular site visits to strengthen client and candidate relationships and ensure workplace standards.
* Perform safety inspections in line with company and industry compliance requirements.
* Uphold and promote a strong safety culture across all recruitment activities.
* Represent the business professionally in all dealings with clients and candidates.

What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in blue collar recruitment, specifically within Civil Construction & Mining Sectors
* Proficiency in using JobAdder or similar recruitment software.
* Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
* Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management.
* A valid Australian driver’s licence.
