About the role
Dunsborough Brick Paving & Retaining is seeking an experienced Hardscaper to join our growing team. This full-time role is based in Dunsborough, Western Australia and will involve working on a variety of hardscaping projects within the local area.
What you'll be doing
* Constructing and installing brick, stone and paved surfaces, such as patios, walkways, driveways and retaining walls
* Preparing ground and sub-surfaces for hardscaping installation
* Cutting, shaping and fitting hardscaping materials to precise specifications
* Ensuring the safety and quality of all work completed
* Collaborating with the wider team to meet project deadlines and targets
* Carrying out general maintenance and repair work as required
What we're looking for
* Several years of experience working as a Hardscaper or similar role in the construction/landscaping industry
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
* Skilled in the use of hand and power tools required for hardscaping projects
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* Commitment to delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service
* Current driver's licence and reliable transportation
