* Maintain a hands-on approach behind the bar, ensuring efficient beverage preparation, food serving, and accurate order management
* Cultivate a positive work environment by coaching team members on excellent customer service and hospitality practices
* Curate a welcoming atmosphere by prioritizing venue maintenance, cleanliness, and ambiance
* Support the management team in opening and closing procedures
* Supervise shifts, managing staff breaks and task assignments with ease
* A contagious enthusiasm and optimistic attitude
* Proven experience in leadership roles within the hospitality industry
* Strong understanding of financial principles and operational efficiency
* Hands-on approach and adaptability in fast-paced environments
* Valid RSA and Approved Managers certification
