About the Opportunity:
Lucas Restaurants is embarking on a significant period of growth, with new restaurants opening in the next 6-12 months. We are seeking industry-leading Restaurant General Managers to join us and deliver a best-in-class experience for guests and staff.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Demonstrated experience as a General Manager in a high-performing restaurant setting, with a focus on team culture and guest satisfaction.
* Deep understanding of compliance, licensing, and operational standards in hospitality.
* Track record of exceeding performance goals and driving continuous improvement in service, sales, and team development.
* Strong understanding of financials.
* Ability to develop strong internal and external relationships.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Experience using Deputy (or similar T&A system), H&L POS, and Microsoft Office suite.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
* Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
* Tertiary qualification in management is advantageous.
* A current RSA Certificate.
