Requirements
* Proven leadership skills with experience in government, community, or stakeholder engagement.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in disaster recovery, community development, or emergency management.
* Strong contract or program management skills, including monitoring KPIs and reporting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and inspire collaboratively across sectors.
* Digital savviness and strong CRM and data capabilities.
* A valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Queensland when needed.
