About The Role
This is a newly created position within the Parks and Trees Team, responsible for supporting the oversight and management of tree maintenance contracts. Key responsibilities include tracking and monitoring non-conformance notices, record keeping, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the management of tree maintenance contracts, including tracking and monitoring non-conformance notices and record keeping.
* Oversee the delivery of tree inspection and pruning programs, including Council's Electric Line Clearance (ELC) responsibilities.
* Monitor contractors' compliance and regularly review their work against contract requirements.

What You Will Need To Succeed
* Degree or diploma in Arboriculture / Horticulture or similar relevant discipline, or lesser formal qualifications with substantial experience in tree management and/or powerline vegetation control.
* Demonstrated experience in contract auditing, monitoring, and reporting, including capturing data via digital mediums.
* Victorian Driver Licence and VicRoads Licence verification.
