This role suits someone with life experience, professionalism and confidence speaking with a wide range of clients. It is a consultative sales environment, but we are looking for someone who also enjoys guiding customers through the decision process and confidently completing the sale.

We work closely with occupational therapists, healthcare professionals and NDIS participants while also serving a growing lifestyle market seeking high-quality sleep solutions. Our reputation has been built through honest advice, premium products and a highly consultative sales approach.
Role Overview
This is a full-time showroom-based sales role across our Balcatta and Cottesloe locations. Clients visit our showrooms to trial and explore products. Your role is to understand their needs, demonstrate the options available and guide them toward the most appropriate solution. You will regularly work with:
* NDIS participants and their occupational therapists
* Support workers and family members
* Private lifestyle customers
* Returning customers and referrals
The ability to build trust, listen carefully and confidently guide people through an important purchase decision is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct showroom consultations with clients and therapists
* Demonstrate adjustable beds, mattresses and assistive products
* Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
* Follow up enquiries and convert consultations into sales
* Suggest complementary products where appropriate
* Manage phone and email enquiries
* Maintain a welcoming and professional showroom
* Work closely with our small internal team across logistics and administration
Who This Role Would Suit
We are open to a range of backgrounds, but the most important factor is your ability to connect with people and confidently guide them through a purchase decision.
* Premium retail sales (furniture, kitchens, bedding, design etc.)
* Medical or assistive technology sales
* Allied health (OT, nurse or therapy assistant) with strong commercial instincts
* A consultative sales environment where relationships matter
You are likely someone who:
* Enjoys consultative selling but also takes pride in closing sales
* Has strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
* Presents professionally and builds trust easily
* Has initiative, energy and a genuine interest in helping people
* Is organised, reliable and detail-oriented
* Is comfortable working in a hands-on showroom environment
Salary & Benefits
* Base salary from $70,000 + Super + Uncapped commission structure
* On-target earnings for strong performers typically fall between $90,000 – $110,000+
* Staff also receive generous product discounts on our premium sleep products
Work Schedule
Full-time rotating roster:
* Week 1: Monday – Saturday (10-3pm)
* Week 2: Monday – Thursday
* The role operates across our Balcatta and Cottesloe locations.
