What You'll Be Doing
* Managing and growing a busy nursing desk, placing nurses into permanent and temporary roles
* Developing strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities
* Ensuring all nurses meet compliance standards, working closely with the compliance team
* Partnering with clients to understand their current and future hiring needs
* Achieving agreed financial and performance targets
What We're Looking For
* Proven recruitment experience in the medical or healthcare sector (3+ years ideal)
* Confident, polished, and a genuine team player
* Able to work independently and take initiative
* Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
* Ambitious, resilient, and commercially minded
* Comfortable building relationships with both clients and candidates
* Happy working in a fully office‐based environment
