We are seeking Enrolled Nurses that have at least 6 months of Aged Care experience working as a RN in Australia.
You will pick up casual ad hoc shifts in Aged Care facilities across Newborough (VIC). This is not a full-time role but will provide enough shifts throughout the week.
We believe our Enrolled Nurses should be paid well for the important work they do, which is why we pay above award wage rates. Please see below for more details -
* Standard morning shifts will be paid at a base rate of $42.94 per hour.
* Extra penalties for public holidays and weekend shifts.
* Extra allowances for shifts such as PM and ND will be separate.
* Superannuation 11.5% on top.
Mandatory requirements:
* Minimum of 6 months experience in the Aged Care Sector as an Enrolled Nurse
* Current AHPRA registration stating you are an EEN/EN
* Valid Australian work rights
* Current Flu and three Covid-19 vaccinations
* Willingness to travel up to 30/60 mins per shift.
Ideally you will have or be able to obtain:
* NDIS Clearance
* National Police Clearance
Day to day shift duties are as follows:
1. Safe medication management
2. Wound dressings
3. Fall and injury management
4. Incident management and reporting
5. Leading team of PSWs, student nurses
6. Documentation as per facility's requirement
7. Handover to the next shift as suitable
