Your new role
* Coordinate and monitor project schedules, timelines, and deliverables
* Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations
* Maintain accurate records and filing systems for all project-related materials
* Support project managers and teams with administrative tasks and logistics
* Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
* Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment
* Track project budgets, process invoices, and manage purchase orders
* Update project management systems and databases with current information
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
* Assist in risk management by identifying issues and escalating concerns
* Coordinate travel arrangements and site visits for project staff
* Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements
* Provide exceptional customer service and respond to enquiries professionally
* Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to support project delivery
* Monitor progress and report on project status to relevant stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
* Excellent skills in administration, customer service, issue resolution, and handling conflicts effectively
* Proven ability to communicate and build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Competent in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Strong grasp of financial processes, contract oversight, and analytical thinking
* High level of precision and thoroughness in all tasks
