About the Role
This is an exciting, fast-paced, office-based role, where you'll play a key part in scheduling and managing repairs while coordinating the Make Safe and repair process. Develop your career in building supervision; ACG will aid your growth by providing the opportunity to obtain your Cert IV in Building & Construction and take part in further external training.
What You'll Be Doing
* Work alongside an experienced team of Supervisors and Coordinators.
* Liaise with customers and trades over the phone to coordinate repairs.
* Review reports for insurers, ensuring clarity and accuracy in written and visual documentation (e.g. photos).
* Work closely with trades to ensure the required works are completed to a high standard.
* Supervise repairs and review reports before submitting them to our Submissions Team for client processing.
What We're Looking For
* Background in insurance, trades, or carpentry is desirable but not essential.
* Basic IT knowledge—ability to learn our systems and software with ongoing provided training and support.
* A keen eye for detail and the confidence to engage with trades to ensure clear documentation.
* A proactive and organized mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
