We're actively seeking experienced Site Managers and Foremen for multiple commercial fit out, new build and refurbishment projects across Brisbane.
Contracts are kicking off ASAP, with strong potential for ongoing work.
Projects include supermarkets, universities, and shopping centres with budgets up to $2M. Day and night time projects available. We're looking for hands-on, solutions-focused managers ready to hit the ground running.
Role Overview
You'll take responsibility for day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, ensuring safety compliance, and keeping each project on schedule and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily site activities on fit out, new build and refurb projects
* Manage subcontractors, deliveries, and site logistics
* Maintain WHS compliance and ensure a safe working environment
* Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to plans/specs
* Communicate with project teams and stakeholders
* Manage progress reporting, documentation, and issue resolution
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience delivering commercial fit out and refurbishment projects
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to run a site independently and drive productivity
* White Card required; trade background or relevant qualification ideal
* Quick problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
