Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced CA to their team to take ownership of the department. The Role: This is an opportunity for someone who is experienced and enjoys genuine autonomy and responsibility, with the chance to build and shape the CA department within a growing business. Work closely with PM's & Estimators providing support across the full commercial lifecycle of projects from tender award through to handover Manage head contracts and subcontract agreements Prepare & assess progress claims, variations & EOT's Identify & mitigate commercial and contractual risks Liaise directly with Tier 1 & Tier 2 builders and key stakeholders About You: You will have 3 years experience as a Contract Administrator within the construction industry (demolition experience not essential) Strong experience working directly with Tier 1 & 2 Builders Thorough knowledge construction contracts and commercial compliance The ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills If you are an experienced Contract Administrator looking for a role where you can genuinely make an impact and take ownership of the commercial function within an industry leading company - Apply Now!
