Overview
Grounds & Maintenance Person – Permanent, Full-Time. Meadow Springs, WA. Support our amazing residents at our RAAFA Estate Meadow Springs as our newest Grounds & Maintenance Person! This role will see you be responsible for the care and maintenance of the club grounds and related infrastructure. This is a permanent, Monday to Friday, full-time role.

About the Role
* Maintain club grounds, gardens, outdoor areas and common spaces in accordance with prescribed maintenance programmes and ad-hoc requests.
* Undertake landscape and grounds renovation works as required.
* Operate a range of tools, plant and equipment including, mowers, edgers, whippersnippers, chainsaws etc.
* Maintain outdoor areas and surrounds with regards to cleanliness and presentation.
* Liaise with external contractors to repair or replace equipment that requires the skill of qualified tradesperson.
* Maintain a safe environment for staff, members and visitors.
* Promptly attend to or report items/issues requiring attention and respond to general emergencies as required.
About you
* C-Class licence essential, HR license is desirable.
* Experience managing with reticulation and grounds maintenance and management desirable.
* Experience in a maintenance role is desirable.
* Skilled in operating and servicing a wide variety of machinery and equipment.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work unsupervised and within a small team environment.
