 
        
        The Student Residence Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a student residence facility. The role ensures the delivery of a safe and supportive environment for students aged 11-12 who are living away from home to complete their studies.

 * Develop the self-esteem, resilience, capacity, and engagement of all student residents
