This is an excellent opportunity to step into a warm, high-billing desk within the mining sector. With strong, long-standing client relationships already in place, you'll enjoy immediate job flow and access to a well-established candidate database that's yours to drive. You'll work closely with experienced mining recruiters, proactively network to identify top talent, and build meaningful connections with clients across Australia's mining industry. In this role, you'll be empowered to: Manage and grow strong relationships with a long-standing client base Identify and convert new business opportunities Work within a well-resourced desk, supported by a refined database and proven tools Even if you don't come from a construction or mining recruitment background, our tailored training and market-specific resources will ensure you're set up for success in a thriving sector.
