This role will be pivotal in ensuring platform stability, compliance, and optimization while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to maximize the value of Salesforce. Our culture is dynamic and collaborative, more like a start-up than a 213-year-old icon.Key Responsibilities:Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents in Salesforce Support Queue.Monitor system performance, data integrity, and security compliance.Collaborate with the Salesforce team and business users to identify and implement platform improvements.Perform system configuration, customization, and maintenance.Manage user access, roles, and profiles to maintain data security and compliance.Governance & Compliance:Define and enforce best practices, security standards, and governance policies for Salesforce usage.Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and company compliance requirements.Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and platform health checks.Document policies, procedures, and system changes to support operational consistency.Partner with business users to understand requirements and identify opportunities for system enhancements.Identify and implement areas of improvement and efficiency.Evaluate and implement new Salesforce features, automation, and industry trends to enhance platform effectiveness.Qualifications & Experience:3+ years of experience in Salesforce support, administration, or consulting in an Enterprise Level Salesforce Org.Strong expertise in Salesforce security, governance, and platform optimization.Proficiency in using version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) is required; additional certifications are a plus.Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.We’re delivering togetherAt Australia Post, we acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we operate, live, and gather as employees.We believe our business should reflect the diverse communities we serve and are proud to be an inclusive workplace for people from all walks of life.
