You will support the Service Manager with staff guidance, customer escalations, department targets and general operational control. This role requires someone who is already operating at a senior level within a dealership service department. You will need the confidence to help lead from the front while still being comfortable dealing directly with customers, advisors and workshop staff. You’ll Need You must currently be working as either a Senior Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager within an automotive dealership service department. You will need strong communication skills, good computer literacy, a solid understanding of service department processes, and the ability to keep things moving in a busy dealership environment. You will also need to be confident handling customer concerns, supporting other advisors and assisting with department targets. A current driver’s licence is also required. The Offer The successful candidate will receive a base salary of $80k plus commission, with commission guaranteed for the first 3 months. The expected OTE is $110k, and the package also includes either a company car or car allowance.
