**The Opportunity**

As an Administration Assistant, you will be a key player in enabling Kelly+Partners' next phase of growth. Your primary focus will be to support the team with effective and efficient administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Database management (AE and Karbon etc)
- Onboarding of new clients into our system
- Company and trust setups
- ASIC and ATO Lodgements

**Selection Criteria**

To ensure your success, in addition to sharing our purpose and values, you will be a team player with professional level communication and interpersonal skills and be driven to find win-win solutions for our clients.

Capabilities:

- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Database administration

Knowledge:

- Intermediate Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years in a similar position

Qualifications:

- Administration or Technology certification will be highly regarded but not essential
