Conditions: Shifts: nights 2000 to 0900. NOTE: Must be able to fully fill the whole block specified.
Allowances:
* Return airfares from Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne to Coffs Harbour capped at $450 return
* Accommodation provided (must be willing to share accommodation; pets not allowed)
* Use of hire vehicle if required
Credentials: NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration
