Responsibilities
Build relationships with civil contractors, mining companies, and other key clients needing rental earthmoving equipment.
Enjoy being out of the office meeting customers, finding new opportunities, and managing accounts.
Handle delivery logistics, coordinate with operations, and ensure smooth service from start to finish.
Take an active role in both sales and operations, helping shape the team's growth.
Qualifications
Sales experience with a strong track record in business development and account management.
In-depth knowledge of earthmoving equipment, construction applications, and the rental market.
Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships with clients.
Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule, as you'll spend significant time in the field visiting customers.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive mindset with enthusiasm for building something new and growing a business from the ground up.
Local market knowledge of Western Australia is highly valued.
