Job Description – Intensive Support, Support Worker
At Intensive Support we put people at the centre of all we do, and work to improve the wellbeing and future for young people in statutory care and protection. Our team are kind and compassionate and help young people achieve their goals.
We are looking to recruit a worker to support a young person participating in a range of rafter school activities on Wednesday and Thursdays. Specifically, we are looking for a support worker who can engage a young person after school for fun activities and goal setting,
Candidates don't have to have worked in the child protection or out-of-home-care sector nor have studied the discipline of social services – full training and ongoing employee mentoring and supervision will be provided.
Candidates will need a drivers licence and access to a motor vehicle. Candidates will need their Working with Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Certificate to commence in the position.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $43.08 – $45.58 per hour
