SITE MANAGER

Design & Build has an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to step into a key role within our client's expanding team. This is your chance to be part of a business that's building more than just homes, they're building futures.
Responsibilities:
As a Site Manager, you'll take full ownership of delivering multi-residential projects from the ground up. You'll lead and coordinate on-site activities to ensure timelines, quality, and safety standards are met – all while being backed by a collaborative and supportive team.
* Manage all aspects of residential construction from site establishment to handover
* Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site resources to ensure smooth workflows
* Ensure projects run to schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks
* Liaise with the Project Management team to align with construction programs and milestones
* Monitor site safety, compliance, and risk management in line with company and legal standards
* Conduct site inspections and ensure all works meet design and regulatory requirements.
You Must Have:
* 5 – 10 years of experience in residential construction (volume and multi-residential)
* Proven experience managing sites for multi-residential or townhouse builds
* Trade background and solid technical knowledge of construction methods
* Strong communication and leadership skills and lead by example
* Proficient in Onsite Companion software
* QBCC Site Supervisor License is essential
