This boutique Newcastle-based firm is seeking a Senior Family Lawyer (8–15+ years PQE) to join their collaborative and supportive team.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly autonomous role where you'll manage complex private family law matters, mentor junior lawyers, and enjoy a genuinely flexible working environment.
About the Role:
You'll be joining a growing boutique practice that works exclusively in family law. This position has been created to bridge the gap between junior/mid-level solicitors and the most senior practitioners, offering scope for leadership while still being hands-on with interesting, complex work.
Your caseload will primarily involve:
* Complex property matters, including large asset pools, trusts, due diligence, and binding financial agreements
* Parenting disputes and contested hearings
* Surrogacy and other specialised family law matters
* Supervising and supporting junior solicitors and paralegals
Accredited Specialists or those with a Masters in Family Law will be highly regarded.
