We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our service department, responsible for delivering an outstanding experience for our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers with a warm and professional demeanor, offering expert advice on their service needs.
* Create an exceptional customer experience that encourages repeat business and referrals.
* Coordinate with technicians to ensure customer concerns and vehicle issues are addressed promptly and thoroughly.
* Provide timely updates to customers throughout the day on the status of their vehicle, any additional repairs, and work needed.
* Manage customer payments and ensure smooth service check-outs.
* Assist customers with warranty claims and service issues to ensure complete satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records and up-to-date service histories for all vehicles.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
1. Previous experience as a Service Advisor (preferred but not required).
2. Exceptional customer service skills with a natural ability to build strong, long-term relationships.
3. Experience in the automotive industry or a dealership environment (an advantage).
