Data Integration Developer
Join a dynamic team as a Data Integration Developer where you will design and develop high-quality solutions to support business and technical requirements.
The role involves solving complex problems, developing and delivering complex reporting solutions sourced from data stored in Terada EDW, SAP, DB2, and other environments.
* Support the delivery of data assets by contributing to improving data management capabilities, including building data integration applications that extract, transform, and load (ETL) data and metadata into data warehouses and Data Lake (RDBMS/HDFS).
* Undertake analysis, design, development, prototyping, testing, and maintenance activities in a Teradata EDW environment.
* Contribute to building and maintaining automated data integration applications by developing complex SQL programs within a Teradata EDW environment.
You will be responsible for ensuring excellent data quality and high standards in Management Information solutions. Development of ETL solutions using a variety of industry tools including SQL Assistant, Terada Studio Viewpoint, Pcom, and Control-M is also required.
This role requires:
* Demonstrated 4+ years' experience in at least one of the following tools: Teradata SQL Assistant, Teradata Studio.
* A working knowledge of languages such as SQL, Unix, Linux, and/or JCL.
* Demonstrated strong written communication skills explaining complex information using unambiguous language appropriate to the audience.
* Proven experience in the use of ETL to Teradata environment.
* Proven experience in designing and delivering data analytics solutions for large and complex projects.
Candidates must be Australian citizens with baseline clearance or have the ability to obtain and maintain it.
