Administration Manager Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrator to fill this critical role.
About the Role
This dynamic position requires a strong all-rounder with exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for juggling multiple responsibilities, providing support to various stakeholders, and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of diocesan databases and operational records.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Management, or equivalent experience;
* Sound knowledge and understanding of administration support functions within a multi-faceted business;
* Proficiency in MS Office and financial systems, Technology One and ExpenseMe desirable;
* Previous management experience within an administration support role;
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, including the ability to build rapport and demonstrate professionalism at all times;
* Computer literacy, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook;
* Ability to exercise judgement and problem solve, providing evidence-based solutions;
* Understanding of and commitment to the philosophy of the St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland, and an ability to work in accordance with policies and procedures to promote the values and mission of the Society.
