Synopsis:
The role involves providing strategic guidance to a regional management company, overseeing corporate governance, financial consolidation, M&A, and internal audit activities in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-company integration projects, supporting the management team with project planning, stakeholder communication, and analysis of current state and future state planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead cross-company integration projects within NRI group as a senior consultant.
Support the management team with project direction by providing quantitative analysis on project benefits.
Implement optimization planning and activities of corporate functions of NRI group companies.
Provide project management function to improve the company group operation and governance.
Additional Responsibilities:
Assist in finance advisory function in large acquisition projects.
Facilitate and activate governing bodies such as the board and its sub-committee of the group companies.
Support Post Merger Integration process.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor degree.
Language Skills:
Japanese and English language skills - Business level or above.
Experience:
More than 5 years of relevant experience in management consulting and/or project management.
Skills:
Excellent networking and stakeholder management skills.
Project planning and implementation skill with many related internal and external parties.
Project management skills.
Ability to deliver results.
Ability to maintain business focus.
