Role Overview
Our Federal Government client is looking for a Content Management and SEN Specialist to support the Business Operations Centre (BOC) in delivering an Enterprise Platform for business content using Holocentric Modeller version 8. The role focuses on creating, collating, developing and delivering learning and change collateral for ERP programs, ensuring they remain accurate, accessible and actionable for business users across Value Chains.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and validate content library structures and processes that align with client standards, ERP ways of working and BOC requirements, ensuring clear ownership, custodianship and approval roles.
* Build a reusable transition plan template and hand‐over toolkit (registers, access details, tools and required skills) for reliably moving ERP learning materials from the Program to BOC.
* Define and document SEN‐related business processes, and act as SEN SME to uplift the BOC Training Team through targeted enablement (presentations, virtual sessions and practical guidance) and resolve day‐to‐day SEN queries.
* Develop scalable usage reporting and a reusable reporting template that surfaces content utilisation, trends and opportunities for Value Chains.
* Catalogue SAP Companion content, define the target repository for SSL content and migrate assets as agreed to improve findability, ownership and lifecycle control.
* Review and uplift the current curriculum to align with industry standards and best practices, ensuring content is consistent, current and outcomes focused.
Expected Outcomes
* Established governance and library processes for SEN and Content Management that are in use and continually improved.
* Impactful curriculum that meets industry standards and best practices, reviewed and uplifted.
* BCO Commonwealth employees gain enhanced SEN and knowledge‐management skills through informal virtual training packages and sessions.
* Fit‐for‐purpose, reusable templates for reporting and ERP transitions that can be used beyond the contract.
* Recommendations for ongoing upskilling resources in Content Management and SEN after contract completion.
