We are seeking an experienced Scrum Maste to join our Salesforce & Mulesoft team.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‐ups, reviews and retrospectives
* Coach delivery teams in Agile and Scrum best practices
* Remove impediments and manage dependencies across teams
* Work closely with Product Owners, Architects and Delivery Leads to ensure successful outcomes
* Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance
* Support delivery governance and reporting in a consulting environment
Key skills & experience
* Proven experience working as a Scrum Master on integration or platform programs (MuleSoft highly desirable)
* Strong understanding of Agile delivery in complex, enterprise environments
* Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment
* Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
* Experience working on public sector or government projects is highly regarded
