ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be an integral part of the end to end customer experience, including pre‐ and post‐sales.
Your General Job Function
* Utilising CRM systems whilst maintaining database
* Contacting customers for post sales feedback
* Contacting leads for events / promotions
* Assisting Marketing with events and mail‐outs
* General Administration and Reception duties where required
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* An experienced Customer Relations Manager or Customer Service professional - Automotive dealership experience preferred
* Someone who is passionate about customers and exceeding their expectations
* Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
* A strong communicator who takes ownership of the customer journey
