We're growing - and we want you to grow with us! H1 Healthcare is rapidly expanding across multiple sites and suburbs in QLD. We're seeking experienced and reliable Home Carers to join our team and make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
About the Role
As a Home Carer with H1 Healthcare, you will support individuals living in their own homes by providing essential care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities. You will be part of an experienced and supportive agency team, with access to a high volume of shifts across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Domestic assistance (cleaning, cooking, laundry)
- Personal care (showering, grooming, toileting)
- Companionship and emotional support
- Transport to appointments, errands, and outings
- Manual handling and mobility support
Note: Many shifts available - both regular and ad hoc. Great opportunity to build a schedule that works for you!
What We're Looking For
- Dementia Awareness
- Has Full Licence
- Personal Care Experience
- Dedicated to assisting individuals with their daily living needs and enhancing their quality of life
Required Documentation
- 100 points of ID
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police Check
- Immunisation record (including COVID-19)
- Relevant qualifications and certificates (if applicable)
