About the position: This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Family Lawyer to join our client’s Darwin office. You'll be working with an established team of 4 experienced family lawyers and dedicated support staff, offering both collaboration and independence. Your role will focus on delivering expert legal solutions across a wide range of family law issues, including: Complex parenting matters and parenting orders High-net-worth property settlements Divorce, separation, and binding financial agreements Spousal maintenance and de facto relationship disputes Relocation and recovery orders You will have the ability to manage your own files, engage in business development, and help mentor junior team members. The firm offers a streamlined operational model, competitive charge rates (ranging from $455 to $570 ), and an achievable performance bonus structure based on KPIs.
